When something is not quite right
Every order is checked before dispatch. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact Casa Botanical promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Eligibility
Because many pieces are hand-finished or prepared in limited quantities, return and replacement eligibility depends on the item and the circumstances. Personalised, made-to-order and used items may not be eligible unless faulty.
Before sending anything back
Please wait for return instructions from our team. Items sent without confirmation may not be accepted. Approved returns should be unused, complete and securely packed in their original presentation wherever possible.
