Products
What materials are used?
Casa Botanical objects are primarily hand-finished in tactile faux leather, with select pieces incorporating warm wood and structured internal forms. Product-specific materials appear on each product page.
Will every piece look exactly identical?
Small variations in finishing and alignment are natural to objects completed by hand. They are part of the character of the piece and do not affect function.
How accurate are the colours online?
We calibrate product photography for consistency, though screens and ambient light can shift colour slightly. The finish name and close-detail imagery should be considered together.
Ordering
How do I know an item is available?
Only available variants can be added to the bag. If a finish is temporarily unavailable, it will be shown as sold out on the product page.
Can I change an order after placing it?
Contact Casa as quickly as possible. We will help when the order has not yet entered dispatch, though changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Casa Botanical delivers across serviceable locations in India. Final availability and timing are confirmed using the delivery address supplied at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
The current dispatch estimate is shown during the purchase journey. Transit time begins after dispatch and can vary by destination and order composition.
Complete Table
What is included in a Complete Table edit?
Each guest-count option lists every included Casa Botanical piece on the product page. Plates, glassware, cutlery, florals and styling props shown in lifestyle imagery are not included.
Can I create a different table composition?
Begin with the edit closest to your guest count, then supplement it with individual Casa Botanical pieces. For larger or project-specific requirements, contact the Casa team.

Do you support gifting and larger quantities?
Yes. Personal, wedding and corporate gifting, as well as trade and hospitality requirements, are handled through a private enquiry with the Casa team.
